2. Service Description

Listingo provides free property management software for landlords and tenants in Malaysia. Our services include rent collection, lease signing, maintenance tracking, tenant screening, and financial reporting.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Fees

Listingo is free for landlords. Tenants may incur convenience fees for credit card or e-wallet payments. All fees are disclosed before any transaction is processed.

5. Malaysian Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
